Are you ready for a transformational Teacher Training?

Our 3-week residential programs offer a truly unique, immersive experience that incorporate a deep study of all things yoga with rich, cultural elements of rarely found in typical Teacher Trainings.

Both the 200 & 300 hour explore the teachings and practices of Bhakti Yoga and how to weave that essence into daily life. The groups will work together and separately on their respective, inspiring, in-depth curriculums.

The 200h program:

asana fundamentals, peak-pose sequencing, effective cueing, anatomy, hands-on assists, practice teaching, bhakti yoga philosophy, dharma talks, mantra meditation, foundational pranayama, harmonium & kartalas study, ethics & the business of yoga

The 300h program: (must have already completed a 200h)

teaching more refined and and advanced asana, creative sequencing, practical anatomy, functional & somatic movement, yin yoga, yoga nidra, ayurveda & lifestyle for yoga teachers, the art of touch, pranayama, nervous system studies, harmonium & kartalas, yoga philosophy, sacred rituals and the business of yoga
