The 200H Program:

asana fundamentals, sequencing, effective cueing and teaching skills, anatomy, hands-on assists, practice teaching, bhakti yoga philosophy, dharma talks, mantra meditation, foundational pranayama, harmonium & kirtan for yoga classes, ethics & the business of yoga

The 300H Program: (must have already completed a 200H)

teaching more refined and advanced asana, creative and peak pose sequencing, practical anatomy, functional & somatic movement, yin yoga, yoga nidra, ayurveda & lifestyle for yoga teachers, the art of touch, pranayama, nervous system studies, harmonium & kirtan for yoga classes, yoga philosophy, sacred rituals and the business of yoga

Our time together culminates with a traditional graduation ceremony followed by the incredible (optional) Flower Festival at Radhanath Swami’s temple in Mumbai on January 24.
